Her passion to empower individuals to look and feel their best started in her early adult years, working as a make up artist and skin care consultant. She has celebrated countless experiences of watching her clients glow with joy, voicing confidence and feeling beautiful as they saw their aesthetic results. It ultimately drove her to work as a mental health nurse where she could not only continue to promote self love and empowerment, but also become a strong advocate for mental health in all areas of life.

In conjunction with her advancement in the medical field, Cloud has also advanced in her passion for aesthetics, beauty, and the arts/media. Melisa completed a Bachelor of Nursing in 2011 and in 2017 Melisa completed the Master of Nursing program (Nurse Practitioner stream).
